Our Story

Fran and Sergio met at a local taco shop after they both "swiped right" on Tinder. 

Fran grew up loving Mexican food and learning to speak Spanish. She even told her dad when she was younger that she wanted to marry a Mexican because the food is so delicious! 

After their first date, they were pretty much inseperable. Their personalities so similar and hobbies so different made the perfect combination! Sergio enjoys teaching Fran about gun safety, anything car related, and sharing his culture. Fran loves sharing her sports knowledge with Sergio and making him a MSU fan by default.

Their relationship took the next step on August 19, 2023 when Sergio proposed at one of Fran's favorite places, the family cottage she spent her summers at growing up. They've endured many hardships, including multiple surgeries, new jobs, and the unfortunate passing of Sergio's father in August, 2022 to a long and heroic battle to pancreatic cancer.

Once they became engaged they knew life is short and wanted to have the small, intimate wedding close to home they have successfully planned and can't wait to share pictures of the most perfect day with you all, once they are available. <3
